| My husband & I have just received our renewal for our Health Insuarance and it has gone up $168.85 per month as of July 1st. This increase is about 28%. We are struggling to see how this is even ethical! I spoke to Valuacare and they said the Inusrance Commission approved the rate increase. Please confirm if this is correct! |

would appreciate confirmation if "The Capital Insurance and Surety Corporation" is still an authorized/existing insurance company.
if no longer existing, please advise when did they stop operation.

| I don't know if I should be contacting you or someone else regarding this matter. I'm epileptic and I've been seeing the same neurologist for a few years now. I recently changed neurologists because I found one that was closer to my home. So a month before my appointment with my new neurologist I requested the records from my old Dr. I have contacted them several times and still no information has been sent. The only person I've been speaking with is the office manager. She told me just recently that the reason they aren't being sent because they haven't been transcribed yet. I haven't been seen at that neurologist for at least 3 months. I don't know if its legal for them to have nothing transcribed but I was told I should contact the insurance commission. |
